ABOUT THE CLUB
Chelsea Football Club is an English football club based in the Fulham area of London. The team, known as ‘the Blues’ or ‘the Pensioners’, were founded in 1905 and have been at their home stadium of Stamford Bridge ever since. The team plays in the English Premier League and is the only London club to have won the UEFA Champions League.

The stadium is located in the Fulham area of London, England. The stadium is located within the Moore Park Estate also known as Walham Green and is often referred to as simply ‘The Bridge’. Stamford Bridge is the most central of the London football stadiums and is easily accessible by tube (Fulham Broadway) or bus from the centre of the city. Fulham is part of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, in southwest London. It lies on the north bank of the River Thames, between Hammersmith and Kensington and Chelsea, facing Putney and Barnes and is bounded on the east by the West London Line, previously the course of a canal and creek. Fulham has a population of over 165,000.
